The price of the prescriptions are higher than other places, over the counter medications are significantly higher, the staff frequently messes up orders, requests aren't filled in a timely fashion. It's convenient - other than that doesn't have much going for it. The woman there aren't very professional and would rather talk to each other than their customers.
