I tried calling the office for 2 hours before, contacting them on fb. Google said they close at 4:30, but the answering machine said 5.00. i had no idea they was closed until i was told through fb. As soon as i sent the message they did get back to me quick. Had a mix up with shipping a package 2 day air, even though im not getting it in 2 days theyre going to refund my money. i thank them for that. :)

I don't know about their storage facility much as far as what their units look like but they also sell things that are unclaimed and the things that they have made or personal items that they're selling that are close to antiques and what not. The prices of some of their items are on the high side and I wouldn't pay them because it literally was not worth the money and example was a trunk the lining was ripping out of it and the trays were missing and the top part the silk cloth was only half there so I couldn't justify purchasing it for $150 if they would have had it at 75 then I could see paying that I just think they need to rethink some of their prices on their items and not go by what they're told they could sell them for but get realistic at what their area would be willing to pay for it it's just outside of a small town in between another small town so I don't see them selling those items for those large inflated prices. Now on the things that I did buy from them they did take offers that I gave for them. My son who is drawn to historical items found a Boy Scout story book that is 101 years old they had a price of $20 on it but because they watched him examine things that were old and historic and how carefully he touched and handled things they looked at me and told me they were only going to charge him a dollar. My son loves things that are historic and he quite often will be given things at discount or giving things for free because of his interest in history. Since he started school his grades concerning social studies and history have always been either an A or an A- history is a very difficult subject because you have to remember dates and names of people related to those dates and he can remember little things about a weapon that made it either good or bad he'll see it in a movie and he'll comment on it and remember everything here at about it so I'm hoping to go back there in a few more weeks when they have more items and maybe he'll find something else that he wants and maybe by then a couple of those trunks will have come down in price and I can make them an offer that they will take because I would love to get one and clean it up not to the point where it takes the patina or the age of it off but two feed the wood so it's not so dry and seal it properly so it doesn't rot further.
